processor data

Hello,
I have the problem that the processor data is not displayed correctly (example CPU cores).

In the report, 8 cores are displayed, although only 4 are assigned.

Is there a hotfix?

Thanks for your message.

Please provide us with more information regarding this problem.

Try activating the option "Enable full low-level hardware scan" in Options - Scanner - Low-level scan settings.

Then rescan this device and let us know if the problem persists.
