Problem with a laptop

Hello Support.

We have a problem with 1 laptop, when i launch the scanner over that laptop, the process pauses at the 35%, and executing the scanner in debug mode, the task running is Win32_PrinterConfiguration.

How can we solve this problem?.

This will rebuild the WMI repository and should fix the problem.

Acabo de descargar el software TNI y lo estoy provando, pero al conectar dos computadoras de manera directa con una cable de red, Solo realiza el escaner de la computadora donde estoy ejecutando el software
