Text File Import Format

Hi - is there some documentation on formatting a txt file for importing one off/updating a list of assets?
 

I have a large list of mobile phones, for example, that I want to import as assets. What's the spec for the file format - the online documentation does not have that anywhere that I can see.

I need to update some custom fields as well as some of the pre-defined fields.

Hello Frank.

You can import your assets as Custom devices from the file you have. For this, you should specify each device`s IP per line in the file the file must have a *.txt extension only.
