Icons in Viewer question

On some of my VMWare guests I see a VMWare icon, but on others I do not.  These are guests located on the same hosts.

Also, what is the little padlock icon located next to the ip address on some of the machines?  See below for samples.

Thanks for your message.

Please send us a scan result of one of the VMware guests at support@softinventive.com for analysis. Right-click it in the network tree and choose "Show in Explorer". Send us the INV file that will be highlighted in the Explorer window.

The padlock icon next to an IP address indicates that this device has a static IP address (this can be changed in its properties).
