JGM Hello, Windows 10 is fully supported by the latest versions of Total Network Inventory. There should be no problem to collect inventory information from devices running this OS. Please refer to our FAQ to solve the "access denied" problem: https://docs.softinventive.com/tni/faq/scan-questions/ Quote
JGM Posted March 16, 2016 Author Report Posted March 16, 2016 Ok, I find what was my problem. An other one, when I enable firewall, TNI say "Offline" but can collect inventory information. Everything work exept that it's always display my PC as "Offline" when their firewall are enable. Is there any port to open ? I already opened TCP ports 135, 139 and 445. Quote
Alex Posted March 18, 2016 Report Posted March 18, 2016 Sorry for the delay in replying. Total Network Inventory uses simple ICMP request (ping) to check if a remote computer is online. It’s possible that your firewall is configured to block such requests. Please check this setting. Quote
