alfred793 Posted July 16, 2014 Report Posted July 16, 2014 Ciao amico,ha avuto lo stesso errore, ma su una macchina diversa da un pc un router, è sufficiente sollevare il servizio SNMP su questa macchina. Nel tuo caso, può essere due cose, il primo tentativo di registrare un account utente locale sulla macchina con gruppo di amministratori autorizzazioni elevate, fate questo in TNI aggiungendo credenziali per quella macchina. La seconda opzione richiede l'accesso alle finestre risorse amministrative, di solito la cartella admin $ Speriamo che questo risolve il problema. scusate il mio italiano, io sono dal Cile e cerco di aiutare l'utente attraverso un traduttore. sortegam Posted July 24, 2014 Report Posted July 24, 2014 In the event that you need to scan your computer urgently you can do manually in the path: C:\Program Files\Total Network Inventory copies "tniwinagent.exe" file locally on your computer to scan, run it as administrator and will generate the file for the database TNI, you must place this file into your inventory.
