sysadmin Posted February 19, 2013 Report Posted February 19, 2013 The processor core count is not displayed for any windows 2003 servers. It shows fine on all windows 2008 servers. Quote
Support Posted February 20, 2013 Report Posted February 20, 2013 Our program retrieves all the information from WMI (Windows Management Instrumentation), a Windows system service. Unfortunately in the previous versions of Windows it doesn't provide as much information as in the later versions. In particular, this relates to the core count. The appropriate fields are simply absent in WinServer2003, WinXP and Win2000 (source). Quote
