OK - found the issue! When I went into Network properties, NOTHING was there, not even the New Connection Wizard!! Well, took several repair installs until it started working again, but it scans and creates the data file fine now! -

I am unable to use WMI, that is why I got an inventory program with an agent. I'm going to try a repair install of WinXP to see if it will clear up. -

It did create a data folder in the windows folder (where tniaudit.exe is located) but the folder is empty! -

OK, tried running the tniaudit.exe file manually, got an Access Denied - user is a local admin. -

Thanx - all it has in there now for the savepath parameter is Data - so I should put the UNC to the data share in there? -

I agree - right click, change the name, and YOUR PROGRAM edits the XML file!!! B) -

After scanning, I have found some systems that have the wrong name. Once I rename the computer, is there a way to rename its entry in TNI without having to delete the old name and rescanning the new one (since the original scan had correct data except for the computer name)?

Feature request - IP range scan window

Also, how about the ability to add computer names for those that are not in the local browser cache?? Or even more, import a text file of computer names to scan??
