    This error occurs due to improper parsing of information on hard disks and partitions.

    Maybe you use some special RAID-array.

    Please run a debug scan of this machine and send us the results.

    To enable debug mode, you must run the program options while holding "Alt" key

    Select "Scanner", check the "Debug Mode" box, and rescan the computer again.

    Then, turn off the debug mode and send the results of latest scan to support@softinventive.com

    Here is a solution to your problem:

    The thing is that "tnilinagent" is a 32-bit application while your operating system is 64-bit, so to correctly run our application, you need to install these libraries libc6-i386, lib32gcc1, lib32z1, lib32stdc++6, ia32-libs. To do this run the following command in a terminal:

     

    sudo apt-get install libc6-i386 lib32gcc1 lib32z1 lib32stdc++6 ia32-libs
