Support Posted May 5, 2010 Report Posted May 5, 2010 This error is produced by WMI service (Windows Management Instrumentation) which is used by our program to collect hardware and software information. Here are two possible solutions: 1. Try to fix WMI on each computer. Of course you should try this first on one PC only and see if it fixes the issue. 2. Try to exclude the information category causing this error from the scan. Choose one computer that shows this error and which you can scan multiple times. Open "File - Options - Inventory" and deselect scan categories one by one, and repeat the scan of this computer after each deselection until this issue disappears. (Hint: deselect "General information" at once, because it may require scanning of certain classes despite of the appropriate category deselection). After this you can select all categories except this one and scan the rest of computers. Quote
