Cleaning up the report

Dear Friends,

 

When i try to scane the clint machine by tni after name resolution process it showing coping file, installing services, scaning..., then cleaning up & finally it stop the scanning within 10 seconds. And at last showing status :- Not found Scan OK: 0; Scan failed: 1 Ping failed: 0 Time: max 00:00, total 00:13. Pls. help me out from the problem.

Try to change the connection method temporarily: go to "File - Options - Connection", change "Connection method" (for example, if "Auto-deployed agent" is selected, then select "Agent free connection" and vice versa), and uncheck (disable) the option "Try another method". Press "OK" and scan this computer again.
