Can't get CPU Frequenzy anymore

I got a Problem with the TNI. I want to generate a Report of all computers and what CPU frequenzy they have. But I got that information only from some Computers from the others the field is empty. I Rescaned a couple of times now in different ways, Logonscript, Ip-Range, Network place... But I don't get this information anymore (it worked once).

Open "Options - Inventory" and make sure that "Processor details" category is selected for scan. Then scan all computers via Scan Wizard. Then make sure that you can see that information in general view mode (selecting a computer and viewing "Processor details" category). Then run a custom report with fields "Computer name" and "CPU clock speed". This should work.
