iftxcel Posted March 12, 2008 Report Posted March 12, 2008 :( I am having major problems scanning machines in MS workgroups. Ive tried creating a new local administrator and password. I've also tried resetting the built in administrator password but still no go. I can't get a successful test login it gives access denied message as well as wrong login name or password error messages. Please help I love the product and have convinced the boss to purchase but this is the only stumbling block. Regards Paul H Quote
