Network Scanner not showing all devices.

Hi there,

I am testing your solution now, I set up a scanner in an IP range, it seems working fine. But when I tried to see the scan result on a Network tree, I can only see 1 result, the last IP on my range.

What am I doing wrong?

I am currently on version 1.2.0 May 14 2019 on trial version.

Most likely, these devices - apart from the last one - were scanned earlier and are already present in some other group in the network tree.

Hello Mr. Administrator,

These devices are not presented in any other group in the network tree.

It is basically a new IP range that I am trying to add.

Hello,

It looks like I've a similar issue. I tried to attach the log and send it via email, but Perhaps the issue may be with my email? I will try to resend the log with another email address perhaps. Will update here.

Und, was ist nun? Wo liegt das Problem? Gibt es eine Lösung? Wenn ja, warum wird die Lösung hier nicht gepostet? Wenn nein, warum gibt es keine Lösung?

Schade das es einfach nur aufhört.

Ist das wirklich der Support von Softinventive? Dann kann ich gleich mit Testen aufhören.

Most likely, these servers have the same MAC address and looks like the hostnames match as well for some reason, so the program considers them as one node. You can change the way the devices are merged by switching the Distinguish devices mode to "IP address" in the settings:
