Hello, need some help with my TNI system.

I've got a TNI in my manage, and there is an error occur when I'm trying to access Common or Special Fields: List index out of bounds (0)

Also some field been moved from Common to Special Fields itself.

Not really found an answer on Google about how to solve this.
