Support Posted September 14, 2012 Report Posted September 14, 2012 Please report this to support@softinventive.com and send us a screenshot of the device manager for this PC (with monitors section expanded) and the inventory file for this PC (right-click on it in the program and choose "Show in Explorer" to find it - it's the file with "INV" extension).
