I found that one of our client have below error message when using Total Network Inventory software. And I found in the report of "Installed software". This report page is blank. I don't know how to solve it. Please help.

I found that one of our client have below error message when using Total Network Inventory software. And I found in the report of "Installed software". This report page is blank. I don't know how to solve it. Please help.
