[Report for specific criteria?]

Is it possible to create a report to search all computers for specific minimum requirements? For example, I want to report on all computers that don't meet the minimum requirements for Windows 7 (1ghz processor, 1GB memory, 16GB storage available, etc.). Looking at the report builder, I don't see that as a possibility.

 

Is there a way?
