Switch Cisco cannot be scan

Hi all,

 

We got netgear and Cisco switch, when I start the program to scan those switch, the Netgear switch are scan without any problem but those 2 Ciscos switch I got the following message:

Scan failed: no open ports for supported protocols.

 

All docs are for Windows Pc and I didn't find anything about those switchs.

 

Please advice.
