Hello Zak. Thank you for your response. But, is there any form to read information from this file, to create an interface with TNI and my systems?. Can you give me the specifications of that file to create an interface to stablish data interchange between TNI and my applications or its not possible?, Or if you have an exe that can export information from inv file to xml or txt. I ask you, because, i really need this. Or is possible to autogenerate a report file at certain time?. Thank you.

Hello again dear support. In a previous release of TNI (1.6.8), i was able to obtain data information from TNI file inventory, because was encapsuled on a xml file. But now in TNI 2, i'm not able to obtain information because the file is in a special format. This is a necessary option for me, because i need to share the inventory information to the applications developed in my enterprise. Is possible to obtain data information or is necessary that we make a downgrade to the 1.6.8 version. Thank you for all.

Ok. About the linux scanning, is corrected, i only update to the final revision (or version) of TNI and the problem is solved. Thank you for all your support.

Hello support, i have tested the beta, but i have troubles with scanning my domain controllers, and a linux CentOs. In the image that i attached you can see in first position my domain controller after 15 minutes of scanning, it stays in scanning software status on 65%. In the second position you can see a linux version: "Linux lcalp-tropos 2.6.9-55.ELsmp #1 SMP Wed May 2 14:28:44 EDT 2007 i686 i686 i386 GNU/Linux", that have troubles to do the scanning. I have another domain controller that have the same troubles that my first domain controller. In the TNI application with version 1.6.8, i don't have the troubles with domain controllers, in that version my two domain controllers are scanned in seconds. Thank you. In the next weeks my company will buy the full version of TNI, and we need that the software works correctly. I attach the image.

While i was testing the TNI2 beta, i detected the follow error: In 2 servers with the follow linux version, the software have problems: * Linux {nombre de servidor} 2.6.9-55.ELsmp #1 SMP Fri Apr 20 17:03:35 EDT 2007 i686 i686 i386 GNU/Linux But, in 1 server with the follow linux version, the software works great: * Linux {nombre de servidor} 2.6.18-92.el5 #1 SMP Tue Apr 29 13:16:12 EDT 2008 i686 i686 i386 GNU/Linux I attach the error in an image. hello dear support. I saw today, that TNI 1.6.8 provide erroneous RAM information when monitor a windows 2003 server. For example, one application in the server that is consuming 1,476 Mb of RAM, the TNI reports that is using 1.4 Kb. This problem occurs only in the servers, because the RAM information on PC's is correct. Thank you.

Hello dear support. Excuse me, because my english is not very good. We tested the TNI 1.6.8 and it's a great tool, and we are interested in buy the software. Now, we are testing the TNI2 beta. But we have problems with the scan of the domain controllers, it stay in the status "scanning software", never finish. Until now, this is the only bug that i founded in this version. Thank you.
