[Software Accounting question]

Hi,

I got this situation, when I go to the manage database button in the Software accounting tab, I update the software database and in the Import section it said that the software database in TNI 2 format detected and this storage is linked to an obselete software database. I can import it but I got old software that we are not using anymore and of course the database is not up to date.

Is there a way to import a TNI 3 format since I my version 3.4.2 build 2366. I attach a print screen shot.

Hi,

I got some PCs who the assigned user is not the good one, here a print screen to show

The current user as you may see is Jerome Portelance-Dupré and I would like the assigned user to be the same, how do I change it? Because when I do my report the name is Mathieu St-Georges.

[Office Partial Key]

I'm using v. 3.2.2 and when I scan and do a report about the product key for Office, I notice that the product key is partial. I'm wondering why this happen and how to have the full key please.

Hi all,

We got netgear and Cisco switch, when I start the program to scan those switch, the Netgear switch are scan without any problem but those 2 Ciscos switch I got the following message:

Scan failed: no open ports for supported protocols.

All docs are for Windows Pc and I didn't find anything about those switchs.

Please advice.

Hi Joel,

Use the power of the table report conditions to your advantage. Add some conditions to exclude unnecessary titles like "Title does not contain plug-in", "Title does not contain add-in", etc.

Hi,

 

I got this situation with TNI2. When I do a report to list all Autodesk software, such as AutoCAD, Inventor and Revit. I use the column Title with some condition to list only all 3. My question is when it list let say Inventor it list all Inventor product like Inventor Fusion, Inventor Fusion plug-in and so on.

 

Is there a way remove those unwanted title and list only what I want?

 

I want only lines 1 and 6 and not 2, 3, 4, 5 and 7 as listed below
